Dynamic Composition Workshop 9:00–1:00 p.m.
Join Kimberly for an inspiring afternoon focused on creating dynamic, intentional compositions. Bring whichever medium you love working in — acrylic, oil, or gouache — and explore how storytelling, contrast, and identifying a “hero” in your artwork can transform your paintings.
You’ll spend the morning (9-1) working to learn several techniques and methods to better compositions. Oil painting supplies will be furnished, but if you have your own gear, feel free to bring it.
Space is limited. Sign up today by texting Kimberly at 615‑426‑4555.

Trees! You can't paint a landscape without them. This class is for any artist struggling with making trees look realistic, mixing those greens, or anyone who wants to sharpen their
observation skills. Robin will be sharing her tried and true tricks for making trees and other vegetation come to life in a painting. Whether you paint plein air, or from photos this class will help you improve your landscape paintings.
Robin will demonstrate her approach to tree painting within a landscape. Students will paint several different varieties of trees and learn what details describe realistic trees to the viewer. Color, patterns, leaf shapes and directional growth will all be discussed and practiced. Then, students will take their
knowledge and paint a final landscape painting of their choice.

DRAW, COMPOSE, AND COLOR
Jeremy will focus on simplifying your scene and the ease of blending the correct values and colors to create a dynamic painting. All levels welcom.
